Senex proudly launched a corporate sponsorship with the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) in 2013.

In 2017, Senex announced the renewal of its major sponsorship, committing a further $300,000 over the next three years to the RFDS Central Operations, to directly support its 24/7 life-saving operations and the health and well-being of those living, working and visiting rural and remote South and Central Australia.

As a petroleum explorer and producer in the Cooper-Eromanga Basin, the sponsorship renewal will take Senex Energy’s total support of the RFDS to $600,000 over six years.

In recognition of the support, the RFDS badged the fuselage of one of its ‘flying intensive care units’ with the Senex logo. The aircraft is one of 67 RFDS aircraft operating across 24 aeromedical bases in Australia.
